At present, we manufacture three types of foreskin restoration devices: a classic tugging device used with rubber tension bands, a bi-directional device, and an inflation device. Each device is suited to different stages of restoration depending on the amount of available slack skin. The tugging device is typically recommended for those starting restoration with limited skin, the bi-directional device for users with moderate slack skin, and the inflation device for restorers who have already made further progress. All devices utilise our patented foreskin retainer, while the inflation device incorporates a dual-grip retainer to help minimise slippage during use.

All devices in our range are manufactured in Great Britain. We use MJF Nylon 12, certified for skin-safe applications, together with food- and skin-safe silicone rubber that has been independently tested and verified to comply with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2600.

We are confident in the quality of our products and provide a six-month guarantee. In the unlikely event that a component fails within six months of purchase, the affected part will be replaced free of charge.

Measuring

To ensure your foreskin restoration device does not provide discomfort and to be sure you get the best results it is essential that when order the correct size.

The device you order will determine what measurements we need. To measure yourself use a rigid measuring device such as a rule and take the measurements when flaccid (not erect).

The sizes we require depend on the device you order:

If you are ordering a bi-directional device we require one size the foreskin width (the fist image).

If you are ordering a tugging device we need two sizes the foreskin width and the width of the glans (the first and second image).

To obtain your foreskin width, measure the width of your remaining skin before it meets the glans as shown in the illustration below.

For your glans, measure the width at the widest point as shown in the illustration below.
