The device should only be used with light, comfortable tension. Use should be discontinued immediately if pain, numbness, significant swelling, bleeding, skin damage, discolouration, loss of sensation, impaired circulation or any other unexpected symptoms occur.

The device must not be used over broken, infected or irritated skin, or following recent surgery unless specifically advised by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Where we send items outside of the UK, it is necessary for us to complete a customs declaration including the items value. The customer (you) will be liable for any customs duty charges arising. You are advised to check current customs duty rates before purchasing. 
 
Delivery times

Delivery times vary per country. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. Delivery within the United Kingdom is 1-2 working days after dispatch. Outside of the United Kingdom delivery times vary depending on location. Europe is generally 5-7 days and Worldwide 10-14 days. Most items are sent tracked and signed for and insured. Delivery is free of charge.
