You have the right to return the product if you are not entirely satisfied or cancel your order before shipment and obtain a full refund less any postage fees or any fees incurred as a result of processing the transaction. Returns or order cancellations must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be in new and unused condition. We reserve the  right to refuse a full refund if the product shows signs of use. If a product is returned due to a fault in workmanship we reserve the right to repair the item or issue a replacement. A refund will only be given upon request if the product is returned in new and unused condition.
